After clicking on the "Submit" button, you will be taken to PayPal, where you will be asked for your credit card information. You will need to change the "Price Per Item" value on the PayPal form to your actual dues amount before you click on the button to process your payment. You do not need a membership or account with PayPal to have them process this transaction.
